Boxing is a combat sport that uses a different variety of punching forms, footwork, head movement, and body to create angle.

Our classes teach boxing fundamentals . It combines high volume striking with body weight exercises to get the heart rate up and a good sweat in every single time.

Using weights and body weight exercises, we will incorporate fun workout drills based on your goals. Focusing on weight loss, muscle tone, and a healthy lifestyle.
