Teaching the youth the important lessons of martial arts training. Guiding them carefully every step of the way and providing structure.
Learn kickboxing from the ground up. Learn valuable skills of training including: self defense, mental and physical strength, listening skills, respect, and more.
Muay Thai Kickboxing Level 2
This program is teacher invitation only.
Level 2 is a step forward from the foundation (All Levels) class. It includes more complex mitt work, thai pad work, and shin guards training for both offense and defense.
This program is for more serious practitioners who want to reach a higher level.
Technical Sparring
This program is teacher invitation only.
Martial Art means "the art of fighting/combat".
Learn the art of fighting in a safe and friendly environment. Removing the ego and seeking to develop the martial art striking tools and knowledge learned in class. This program is for members who want to apply what they've learn and test themselves in a safe space against other members and instructor.
Personal Training
Invest in one-on-one training to get faster progression and maximal result.
Hone your skills, identify your strengths and weaknesses, and progress at a pace appropriate to your level. Personal training can be focusing on martial arts or solely fitness related goals.
