Clinch Shadowboxing - Control the Opposition from Close Quarters

Writer's picture: Steven NguyenSteven Nguyen

Here, I am applying some fundamental clinch techniques during shadowboxing. I love shadow boxing because it allows me to visualize and work on my techniques. It is a great way to develop mental strength and fortitude. Basic clinch techniques involves: Double lock, bicep lock, swimming in to a dominate position, angle turns, and round/side knees, forward knees, and knee strike to the head. Thank you for stopping by. Steven
