Kickboxing Conditioning on the Heavy Bag - Push Yourself

Cross Hook (23) Rear Roundhouse Kick This is a great drill to improve your conditioning and get a lot of reps for a basic kickboxing combination. You can throw other combinations or focus on one or two to push the body and mind. Once your form is good you can pick on the pace. Focus on one combination like this one and go 3 rounds for 1 minute and 30 sec rest. Steven
