Take time to play. Here, I am using the aqua bag to practice the materials. Using the hands, using the feet. Moving and head slips off center line. Switching stances. Elbows, knees, kicks, you name it. Feeling the strikes, aiming for the target, coordination, balance, different combinations. Have some space to create and make errors, test out how your body moves. Gain the experience with the technique. Practice them. And then find some space to play with the movements. Perhaps new ideas, innovations could emerge as a consequence. You figure out the techniques better, what works well. Your strengths and your weakness.
