We take care of one another. As respectable colleagues, peers, human beings. Training should be fun. It should be rewarding. It should make you feel good about yourself in an honest way. What place is worth our time other than a place of self-development? Respect new members. Respect beginners. Respect those who are trying something new. Respect those who are stepping outside their comfort zone. Fore I was a beginner once. I understand. I understand your thoughts to some degree. I understand your worries, fears, and doubts. I can reassure you that I will guide you in a manner that is attentive, careful, and professional. For anyone who's trying something new, has my respect. Beginners will make mistakes. We will try to make it so that mistakes are welcome here. Beginners are admirable because they have a chance to be great.
