Land the Spinning Back Fist

The spinning back fist set up.

Throw a rear teep (push kick) at the opposition’s body. They will possibly react by lowering their arms to block or as a reaction. Follow up with a spinning back fist at their head once they have lowered their guard. The teep can be replaced with a roundhouse kick as well.

The spinning back fist should only be used once in a while to surprise the opposition.
